PRACTICE WITH PURPOSE
Official SAT practice resources
Use Bluebook SAT practice tests for a full digital practice experience, the SAT Student Question Bank for targeted questions, and Khan Academy SAT practice for skill lessons. ScoreDino helps you choose where to start; these resources are provided by College Board and Khan Academy, and ScoreDino is independent of both.
Which official SAT practice resource fits your task?
| What you need | Resource | Why choose it? |
|---|---|---|
| A full digital practice test | College Board: Bluebook practice tests | Practice in the testing app and use its reported result. |
| Questions on a specific skill | College Board: Student Question Bank | Filter questions to focus your next session. |
| An explanation before more questions | College Board: Using Khan Academy | Find official digital SAT preparation and skill instruction. |
| Results and answer explanations | College Board: My Practice | Review a completed practice test. |
| The supported paper format | College Board: Paper practice tests | Use the matching test, scoring guide, and explanations. |
Follow each provider’s current setup and sign-in instructions. Paper and digital formats have different practice arrangements; choose the one appropriate to your testing situation.
ONE WORKED EXAMPLE
What could your next practice session look like?
Suppose you finish a practice test and notice repeated errors involving linear equations. Open the explanations, identify the step that caused trouble, and try fresh questions on that skill.
If the explanation is unclear, review a lesson before adding more questions. Keep a short note of what changed in your method so you can check it later.
Frequently asked questions
Does ScoreDino provide official SAT practice tests?
No. This page links to the providers. ScoreDino does not host or issue official SAT tests or scores.
Which score should I use after a Bluebook practice test?
Use the reported practice score supplied through College Board. Do not replace it with a guessed conversion from correct answers.
Do I need to use every resource?
No. Choose the resource that solves the next task: a baseline test, an explanation, a focused question set, or review of a completed test.
