TERMS OF USE
ScoreDino terms of use
These website terms apply when you use ScoreDino’s calculators, guides, comments, and other pages. The tools are for educational use, and their outputs are unofficial calculations or estimates rather than certified test scores.
Effective September 11, 2026What use is permitted?
You may use ScoreDino for lawful personal, family, tutoring, or classroom purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter and how you use the results.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other visitors, overload the service, or represent a ScoreDino output as an official test result. Automated access must not disrupt the site or bypass access restrictions.
What should you understand about calculator results?
Results depend on the selected method and your inputs. No calculator output guarantees a future test score, admission, scholarship, or particular improvement.
Verify decisions with the relevant testing organization or institution. The score accuracy disclaimer explains the limits of each type of result and forms part of these terms.
Who owns the content?
ScoreDino’s original content, software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials and trademarks remain with their respective owners.
You may link to public pages and use material as permitted by applicable law or an express license. These terms do not grant rights to redistribute third-party test questions or claim another party’s work as your own.
What rules apply to guide comments?
Use a first name or nickname and keep comments relevant, respectful, and suitable for a student audience. Do not post personal information, spam, advertising, harassment, impersonation, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Visitors under 13 should not submit comments.
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give ScoreDino a non-exclusive permission to store, review, display, format, and remove it as needed to operate the discussion. Submissions may be rejected or removed, and publication is not guaranteed.
Are availability and accuracy guaranteed?
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every result or page is error-free, complete, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Features and content may be corrected, changed, paused, or removed. A planned calculator is unavailable until it is clearly marked as released.
What are the liability limits?
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreDino and its operator are not liable for loss or damage arising from an inaccurate score estimate, incorrect inputs, reliance on site information, interruptions, or third-party resources. This includes decisions about testing, applications, scholarships, or study plans based on an estimate.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
What about external services and privacy?
Linked services have their own terms and policies. ScoreDino does not control their content, availability, or decisions.
Our privacy policy explains how the current site handles information. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific request.
How are changes and questions handled?
The published effective date identifies the version of these terms. Material changes will be described on the site, with any notice or agreement required by applicable law.
